These policies protect your reserved time while keeping weather-related changes simple and fair.
Credited to your service
Your $25 deposit goes toward the confirmed service total. A payment receipt alone does not confirm an appointment.
Give at least 24 hours
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may move the deposit to one new service date at no charge.
Timing matters
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed arrival window for a deposit refund. Late cancellations or unavailable property access may forfeit the deposit.
No weather penalty
If ElementFlow reschedules because of weather—or cannot accept the job—your deposit moves to the new date or is refunded.
