Deposit, cancellation & refund policy

Your $25 stays connected to your service.

The booking deposit is credited toward your final service total—it is not an additional service charge.

24+ hours’ noticeCancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment and choose a full refund or move the deposit to another available date.
Late cancellation or no-showCancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable because service time was reserved.
Weather or ElementFlow changeReschedule at no extra cost. If the replacement date does not work for you, the deposit receives a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original Square payment method. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
